• Running BoardBreeze. Supporting the organizations on the platform, and letting the AI concierge take the phones so I can keep building.
• Magneo Solutions. Shipping the SEO-Auditor and the validation engine behind it with my co-founder Duane.
• Agent operations. Expanding Eridian — my robot chief of staff — into a properly governed multi-agent team, with the guardrails written down before the autonomy is handed out.
• The day job. Still Executive Assistant to the Chancellor at City College of San Francisco. That seat is where the product ideas come from.
